Or, perhaps, a past that you had longed to forget, yet still finds its way to latch onto your back 〈〈 LIKE A PARASITE 〉〉 when you least expect it? Seoul was supposed to be a fresh start after everything. A new job. A new setting. A new life. It’s everything Sora had hoped for, presenting itself with a ribbon tied to his finger to commemorate moving on. Yet, a single phone call brings him back to his home town of Itsuten-ku after having learned of his sister’s incapacitance. Many ghosts of a past he’d longed to have forgotten have prevented his journey back for some time, so his view of the city has been chipped and cracked beyond recognition. It’s why he isolated himself from that past for so long. And now, the ghosts he’s tried to keep locked up are breaking free from the shackles he himself forged.

However, his quiet office life is abruptly interrupted by his sudden inheritance as a teacher at an all-girls academy. Having never taught a day in his life, he is reluctant to accept, but as he strolls in on his first day, he is met with a fate worse than life.
