Project Moral Overview

Project Moral is an adult, Role Playing video game. Developed and published by DeeDeeMee. It was released on 3 Jan, 2026 for Windows. Julie, a wannabe queen, and her levelheaded but still rather kinky friend Colin find themselves in a place neither of them remember entering. There, they face the minions of various corruptors, such as Queen Malika and Queen Ruby. While neither Julie nor Colin are fighters, they do know a thing or two about corruption, or at least that’s what the two perverts like to claim. They’ll have to be crafty to avoid becoming mindless minions of one people they thought were just fiction.

Features:

Fully fledged RPG with mostly linear progression. Secrets and optional areas exist, but this is far from an open world
A class system linked to a transformation system that allows enemies to force characters to change classes.
Disguise system. When the party’s transformations all fit the area, enemies behave differently and will treat them as their own. This also changes how quests play out.
Pseudo Bad Ends. Losing a fight is generally not just a generic Game Over, and instead leads to a small sequence with the corrupted party. These don’t end the adventure and the party then bounces back. Currently these Pseudo Bad Ends are rather short, but longer ones will be added in situation that they fit.
