Thus emerged the phenomenon now designated as Euphoria-X. In response, authorities declared a state of emergency Major metropolitan areas were isolated and reclassified as exclusion zones. City X became the largest of them — effectively, an open-air laboratory. The public was presented with a narrative of a global biological threat and the urgent need for a solution. The true nature of the phenomenon remains classified. In practice, however, a different pattern began to emerge: control intensifies, borders expand, and the situation increasingly resembles anything but an effort to stop the process. Weapons. Control.
