For Android devices you can still play the game locally, but it does require a bit of technical setup and free helper app you can download in Playstore:
1. Download the MorettiWeb.zip from one of the links below.
2. Unzip the zip file
3. Download Simple Http Server(Android)
4. Open the folder where you store the unzip folder with the app, start the local server and open the serve link on your browser.
