Alternative Shemevolution Overview

Alternative Shemevolution is an Adult video game. Developed and published by LittleMed. It was latest update on 26, Dec, 2025 for Windows. What if the sexual revolution had gone a different way in the last century? Imagine if it had been more radical, turning the ideas of masculinity and femininity on their heads a lot earlier. Well, in the year 2032 the world is pretty different. Or not? Instead of adding more genders, humanity has focused on blurring the lines between male and female roles. Medicine has made huge strides in gender reassignment surgeries. The story follows a college professor, a trans woman, who is content with her job, respected by her colleagues and even has a boyfriend who fulfills most of her needs. Everything seems good until some unexpected twists occur.

First, I want to clarify some points about the content of my game:

• This game is completely unrealistic, completely parodic, and is not intended to hurt anyone’s feelings. However, if you are easily offended, this game may not be for you
• There will be no NTR content
• There will be no forced sex scenes, If you refuse a scene, it won’t happen
• The order of priority for content is as follows: trans on femboy, trans on female, and trans on trans
• MC is a trans woman, and she will mostly be in a top position in sex scenes
