Q: What happens to Futariuum’s Gate now that you guys are working on another game?

The development of Futariuum’s Gate is still going strong and remains an ongoing project. However, we’re also spending some time on smaller, more focused projects like this one to help support the studio long-term and keep working on bigger projects. FG was our first game but a very ambitious one and we’ve learned a lot from it, especially when it comes to managing a game’s scope.

Q: Is AI used for anything in the game?

No! All art assets are hand-drawn, with characters, backgrounds, graphic designs, CGs and UI assets being illustrated by Nethuum, who’s also writing the script without any AI-written sections. Sound effects are either licensed, commissioned or free for commercial use. The soundtrack was commissioned specifically for the game. The character’s voice and sex sfx used was commissioned by a voice-actress for exclusive use in the game. All of our art assets are cannot be reproduced or replicated outside of the game, nor used to train generative AI models.
